Wests Tigers this week named an extended squad for their Round 2 trip to the Gold Coast on Sunday afternoon. 1-17 the squad is the same one that fell away in the second half against the Dragons. Crucially though, coach Mick Potter has added both prop Keith Galloway and winger David Nofoaluma to an extended bench and both will hope to make their season debut. 

Wests Tigers revealed in their Round 2 INJURY REPORT that both Galloway and Nofoaluma only have to satisfy those who matter in order to take on the Titans. A decision isn't expected till later in the week. Liam Fulton has also been named despite a heavy concussion last weekend. Fulton will need to pass a series of concussion tests through out the week to be any chance of taking his place in the team.

Interestingly centre Tim Simona could still be an outside chance of playing this weekend. Simona, like Nofoaluma and Galloway, will only have to satisfy coach Potter of his availability in order to play. However Simona's lack of match fitness could see him miss out regardless. He could be forced to return through the VB NSW Cup.

Back on to the team this week and Potter has given the 17 who faded in the second half last week the chance to atone for last weekend's defeat. Potter will ask for an improvement on several fronts. Not least the halves, in what shapes as an even tougher test versus the Titans.
